What Should be Your Next Career Move? (Pt.2)

Even if you aren’t thinking about it, you should always have a rough idea of what your next step in your career should be. Some people have a clear vision of what they need to do in regards to their career, but the majority of us don’t.

A big reason is many of us just go to a job rather then truly doing something that we love. In order to figure out the next step in our careers we need to focus on ourselves–do you like your current role–for example, is a good question to ask.

You need to always stay on top of: education, training, networking, events and connecting with others…the reason is that they may have a professional prospective when it comes to your career development.
